Hello Everyone,

I own an Audi A3 Sportback 2012 8P Chassis at 102.000km. Few months ago service changed mechatronic unit due to failure, after replacement -mostly in cold weathers- gear indicator which is on the dash just blinks and car does not move -does not transfer power from engine to wheels, after 5-7 seconds It becomes normal and transmission starts, except this sometimes between gear transitions car shakes. I wonder if someone has the same issues or any ideas what would be problem.

Maybe your fluid is too low. When it's cold the fluid's volume shrinks and if it's too low, the pump may take longer to get enough fluid to build up the needed pressure to shift.

If you have access to VCDS, I recommend you scan for codes.
