Radar.
So after one too many tickets, I am nw ready to invest in a radar detector. Anyone on here have suggestions? Anyone here done a sick *** stealth install? Suggestions are being accepted til the midnight hour.......

Oh, I bought the best passport you can buy. the x50. it's great. but I think the V1 does a better job with bogeys.

K40 Calibre...
K40 Electronics Calibre here (had a V1 for all of my other cars and can recommend that if you don't want to spend the $$$$ on a custom install).
-Bluetooth (wireless)
-Hidden entirely except 2 leds which are installed in the dash
-Wireless remote control
-Front and read radar sensors
-Laser jammer in the front (not sure how well it works compared to standalone jammers).

do they work??
what's the deal with radar detectors nowadays? I have a relatively inexpensive (80$) cobra radar detector, that doesn't seem to work that well. I was thinking about investing in a more expensive one like the 400$ ones, but I heard radar detectors nowadays aren't that effective? Someone told me many cops use lasers nowadays...and another question is why are you guys concerned with stealth? arent radar detectors legal?
