Admittedly I think it's stupid there isn't another 12V plug in the back seat area. Even if I had another one in the trunk it's useless IMO.

i like the trunk 12v. always using an air pump for basketballs, bike tires etc.

My rear cig lighter powers my 120W inverter, VCDS tablet, JumpStart kit, additional trunk lights, an emergency high powered flashlight, dash cams, and dash cam battery backup, with additional usb ports
and my inverter runs 120W power to my center console so I can charge my phone at 2.5 amps while mirroring my phone on the retractable screen. all the wires are hidden too. the rear cig lighter comes in handy.

Yeah that's where they should be in addition to the one in the front. It's a shame Audi couldn't see it fit to have this as a standard spec. Look how long it took them to add a simple USB port!
