Just got an email from my sales rep that I got a production date of October 8th (41st week). What kinda shipping/port arrival/delivery times am I looking at? For whatever it's worth, I put the order in last week.

That would be 4-6 weeks later depending on timing on carrier. So, mid November. However, if you got a commission number, and a build date already, you can ask your sales rep to send you a screenshot of your order. All of the ETA dates are on it.

Ordered 13July. Just got confirmation that production started yesterday; should be done by the end of the week. Need to confirm European Pickup date, but looks like we're still good for the planned early October!

Nice! Looks like you will likely get to drive yours before mine! Mine is set to be delivered some time in early to mid October. It is on a boat right now almost to Panama (Dodging Irma right now)

Should hit San Diego around the 20th, and then hopefully get off the boat, port installations, and back on a boat to HNL within a 1 week time frame. Which has it hopefully screaming its way to the dealer within a couple weeks after that.

You will need to let me know when you get set to take delivery of your RS3 once its makes its way over to the Islands! Perhaps we could meet up and compare.

Definitely. I'm supposed re-take delivery in Honolulu before I can bring it over here, so hopefully we can meet up while both cars in the state are on the same island!

Wow, lots of folks ordering / getting order confirmations after July, and getting build dates in October. How many of you have the carbon inlays? Placed my order July 24, got a build week of 4517.

And here I placed my order in April (and put my deposit down LAST October) and I'm still waiting for a build date and an allocation. So much for thinking the earlier you order, to earlier you get the car.

I'm starting to really get pissed and frustrated...

Yeah man, I would certainly be on the phone with other dealerships. Are you real specific about the build you want? My dealership has another 2018 RS3 coming in October. I think it's Mythos Black with Dynamic, Dynamic plus and Tech if memory serves. I can put you in touch with my salesman if you would like assuming you are open to traveling to pick up your car, or paying for shipping.
