Default Need help - A3 Stiff / heavy steering at low speeds/parking

I have the 2017 facelift 1.4 COD sedan purchased a few weeks ago.

To me it feels the steering has gotten heavier since I bought it.

My understanding is that when the car is moving slowly - in a parking lot, for example - the power steering assistance should be greater and improve maneuverability.

Is there anything I can do to diagnose this myself? And should my car have this function?

Does you car have Drive Select? If it does, have you tried the different settings there?

The steering curve can be changed through the data set of the steering machine.
