I don't know if I'm in the right section( first time here). I have a 2019 S5 sportback and I have a sound issue. most of the time when I start the car, as soon as the stereo comes on it shoot a loud bass and sound pop for about a second and back to normal. for example, if i leave the radio at 30% of the volume and shut ht car off. as soon as I turn the car back on, the sound volume goes to like 60% for 1 second and back to to 30% ( mostly base for the sub). anyone have this issues? it may not be a big deal but it is annoying every time i get in the car and listen to the pop for a second. thanks for the help.

Do you think the dealer can fix this problem or not ?

If it were my car, I would definitely address it with the dealer -- that said my dealership (Molle in KC) is dopeAF.

did you find the issue with the sound pop when turn the stereo on?
the dealer did find any issue but i can hear it some times and it is annoying

Yep, mine does that too. I’ve found that if I turn off the sound system when I park then it doesn’t make that annoying noise next time.

I found that only happens when I have opened and shut the trunk and then start the car....otherwise it does not happen.
