hi. I have an Audi A5 2009. The component protection is active, and the mmi is working but no sound coming through. the weird thing is that I have sound on parking sensors, seatbelt and on the bluetooth when i'm on the phone. I've tried to remove the Component protection, and I've scanned it with vagcom, is showing me the fault on the sound system but doesn't give me any code , just say is no comms between sound system and the gateway.
Some people told me that might be the amplifier, but if was that i should have no sound on the speakers at all, no?
Does anyone know what the problem can be , or give me some advise please?
