2013 S5 3.0L Stasis ECU MIL Lamp Error
First of all let me begin by saying that my car runs great with both the 3.0L Stasis ECU software and full Stasis exhaust but after a couple of days of installing the Stasis ECU software my 2013 S5 has been triggering the MIL lamp which goes on and off, sometimes it stays on for days and sometimes it clears after the night, Audi San Diego has diagnosed it and they tell me the car is logging mostly over revs events and that's why the MIL lamp goes on, this are not true as sometimes the lamp goes on while using cruise control on my daily commute to the office doing a steady 75mph pace on the 5.
Stasis knows about it and offered to re flash the original one if I wanted while they get it fixed as they are supposed to be working on a newer version of the ECU software that will fix this, from what I know most cars with the ECU software are ok and oddly enough only some three cars were reported having this problem and at the time all three were manual but who knows by now.
I might be wrong but my sixth sense tells me that the MIL lamp goes on more often if you change the Drive Select while driving.
