New M3 Pricing Announced
E90: $54,575
E92: $57,275
Not bad pricing for a car with this much performance. I wonder if BMWs feeling the pressure from cars like the S5 and ISF.

Wow, thats not bad. are there many options?
I still think its not very good looking, i prefer the 335i coupe front end. I like the quad tips though and aggressive rear end.
BMWs still just blend in too much for me, even with the great performance and handling i just can't see myself in one, especially without awd up here in New England.
I bet some 335i owners will be pissed its priced that low, with expectations that were that plus $10K.

Perhaps they have been reading the forced induction boards...
and realize how quick the 335i can be with a sub $2000 chip so they want to entice those buyers into the M series. I would think a lot of M buyers are internet savy and do their share of research/posting on forums. I know I wouldn't want to spend over 60k on an M3 and have a 335i with a dinan flash go neck and neck. Yes, I know the V8 would sound nicer and all that but your still gonna want to beat a standard 3 series to the next stop light
I wouldn't say MOST thought it would be 10k over that. The current M3 stickered for 50K so a 7k increase seems reasonable to me given all the new goodies. Remember, the 335i is less than 41k so that is still a hefty price difference. The sedan is a nice (and cheaper)option for a lot of buyers too. I've read the C63 should be mid 50's too so it's in line with the AMG version of the C-Class.

Re: New M3 Pricing Announced
I am guessing that a loaded M3 will cost about 65-70k close to what a new RS4 or C63 AMG cost.
I see used RS4 for 55-60k with low miles.
Will be interesting to see how the new RS5 compares to the Merc C63 AMG and new BMW M3 when it comes out. I keep hearing the RS5 will get a V10 with over 430HP.

Re: Given that pricing, I wonder how much would an RS5 be if it arrives?
well, its not going to be less than the RS4.
btw tot eh person who said the C63 will be ~55k. there's no way that car with at least decent amount of options will cost below 65k. most likely they will run over 70k easily. mercedes even worse than BMW when it comes to options raising the price.
