I just picked up a 2018 A5 Cabrio with the premium plus package. Sticker listed it as having the advanced key. I can open the locks on my car just by touching the door handle and can lock them the same way, which confirms to me that I have the fancy key. Manual seems to say I can open the top just by holding down the unlock button on the key fob, but I can't get it to work. Has anyone else ever had an issue with this?

Standing within a few feet of the car, "double-click" the open button on the keyfob and hold the button down on the second click. That's the ticket. You have to be pretty close for it to work.

That is the trick, you need to be close to the car

B8 S FOR

With my S5 Cab you double click the unlock on the key fob holding it down once you do that.... windows drop all the way down then the top retracts.
