Nice, congratulations on the RS5 it’s beautiful! What type of key did you get? I had a lot of people come up to me and say I have the valet key and idk what that means. (Anyone)
I believe so - I wasn't sure how to identify the "master" key -- but your suggestion is the correct one, at least for the 2018. I don't know if this was changed in the 2019 or not.
The two keys are the same with the exception of the finish (glossy or matte).
The mechanical key is inside the keys with release buttons on the sides.
With Audi Connect there is a Valet alert:-explained by Audi:
"the valet alert feature of Audi Connect allows you to set a perimeter and maximum speed for your vehicle. It will also alert you if the valet takes your car for a joyride while your are at dinner, or if the kids decide to "borrow" the car while you are away."
