Huh, I guess Audi USA hasn't opted in to the VW login system like everyone else. Maybe that's what they've been working on?

You are in Canada, aren’t you. Audi of America versus Audi of Canada and the policies are more than a border apart.

In the USA, the ability to download maps from myaudi.com is scheduled to come back by the second quarter. When it does, I suspect the interface will look just like it does for canadians right now. The 2021 maps I had posted and now hosted by DCB1951 were initially obtained from a canadian user.

Default can anyone help?

I downloaded the files and installed to a USB drive and inserted it into the car. It doesn't seem to do anything for my 2018 A5. From what I can tell, the previous owner never updated the software. Even as a CPO, I was not provided the scratch off key code, so I cannot log in and get my own updates. Is this the wrong version for me? Is that why it does not work? I am going to be extremely bummed if I cannot update my unit. If someone else has access to the version I need, can you post it?

Did you use a Mac to put the files on the thumb drive?

His 2018 is too old for this release.

If mine is too old, is there a release out there that I can use? Also, do I need to have an active CONNECT subscription or access to the MyAudi app? I don't have the scratch off code so I can't complete my registration. I really want an updated set of maps. Most streets in my area seem to be too new to be on Navigation.
