A month ago I've noticed that I can't start auxilliary heater with myAudi app. I have a valid Audi connect licence till 8/2024. Lock/unlock are working normally through myAudi app but if I click to start aux heater it throws "unknown fault in comunication". I can turn on aux heater with remote key or in MMI where I can set a timer or with switch on climate control panel. Does anyone know if there is some coding to check or similar? It is very odd that lock/unlock through app works perfect but aux heater not. Last winter 22/23 it was working fine. I try to turn the aux heater ON when I'm sitting in locked car and first thing I noticed that remote app is communicating with car because relay under footrest is clicked once and lamps on gearknob are lit so it is coummunicating with Audi server but for some reaseon it cannot start Aux heater. I have VCDS and VCP diagnostic systems and didnt found faults in any of control modules so I assume that the problem is somwhere else. If someone has A4, A5, Q5 B9 with aux heater can you check long coding named "Remote start" in module 46 with VCDS or OBD11 if it is on or off. I think that it is related to aux heater but I'm not sure. I would like to fix this as soon as possible because cold weather is comming very soon here in Croatia. Thank you all!
