For those of you who have installed a hitch, does it drive your parking sensors crazy? My wife's Q5 goes nuts with beeps when I have the bike rack on.

it does when i back up, only if there is a bike on it, I leave the rack off the car all the time, except when i have to haul a bike. takes about 2 minutes to install.

here are pics of what it looks like sans rack, since someone asked .

Perhaps a dumb question but has anyone determined if the tow hitch installed in the above posts on the S5 Cabriolet will also fit on the S5 Sportback?

Yea, I would also like to know if this will work on a 2018 S5 sportback. I'm considering bring it (the curt hitch) to my u-haul place that specializes in this sort of thing to do the install.

Worked great on my 2018 S5 Sportback! Thanks!

Just brought it to local shop to install (cutting the rear facia would have made me queasy!)

New to the Audi world, but thinking about an S5 Cabrio. Will this hitch solution work on those as well. The discussions here would seem to say yes, but I'd love to be sure.
