Default Car arrived at dealership/what to expect

I purchased a factory ordered Gotland Green Audi S5 SB with most options including heated steering wheel, cold and warm weather packages, and dynamic steering. It arrived at the dealer last week having been ordered 3/24/18.
I wanted to inspect the vehicle prior to purchase but was told the car is to be taken our of storage upon delivery. Guess the dealer prizes the Audi even more so than the Aston Martin dealer who invited me to see my purchase prior to payment and delivery.
What can I expect when I go to pick up the car?
Regarding tires. I live in the New York area and intend to swap the 19 inch summers for 18 inch mags with high performance winter tires.
Recommendations welcomed. Additionally, I like the function of locking the doors with the engine running which, at present, cannot be done.
The open window reaching it may be practical in warmer climates but NY weather would make that technique unbearable. Thinking the OBD11 is the way to do. Is there a popular vendor to purchase one from? Suggestions and recommendations sincerely welcomed!!

You should walk if the dealer doesn't let you inspect the car all you want before taking delivery.

Salesperson decided a favorable CSI rating was in the dealerships best interest and is now willing to permit an inspection prior to delivery.

Tnx!!

My dealer let me see my car 15 minutes off the truck — it still had all the zipper covers on it except for the ones to access the drivers door and windshield.

Maybe that’s just a difference in dealers or my Dealers Sales Manager?

When I walked in to take delivery, the first thing the salesman did was hand me a key and tell me to go check the car out. He walked away saying to get him when we were done. I spent 20 minutes going over the car with nobody looking over my shoulder (except my wife), making sure everything was alright. I was able to do everything but drive it.
