Has anyone seen a way to set an upper limit on the hatch opening height of the sportback? The reason i ask is i just bounced the spoiler off my garage door this morning.

Yes, its in the manual. You have to manually lower it to the desired height and hold the hatch open/close button down for a a few seconds, it will beep a confirmation and the height is now stored.

I asked the delivery person to show me how to set the opening height when my car was being delivered because I knew it would hit my garage door if allowed to open at full height. The procedure is quite easy, as described by MRA5SB.

Thanks for the quick responses, i must have missed that in the manual. I'm going to set this when i get home.

If clearances permit you can always push it higher after the height you set has been reached.
