I'm in Los Angeles. My dealer is offering me this car for $51,150 at .00126 mf and $31700 residual value (61%?). They said monthly payments would be $595 after giving me $5k for my trade-in (a 2009 A4 3.2 in okay condition).

Is this a good deal? Do the numbers add up? When I put these figures into the lease calculator it says I should be paying $550 a month but the dealer says there is approx $1500 in bank fees, etc.
