I've had a few convertible of various makes. All the seatbelts have flapped around. It's part of the top-down "experience".

Doesnt happen on my Ferrai 458 spider nor my Porsche Boxster. Didn’t do it on my Miata or my Merc SL500. This Audi S5 seat belt flapping is a first for me.

It also did not happen on my wife's old "new" yellow/black bumble-bee VW beetle cab :-) ... ~ 10ish years ago
