10ft wide road + 8 inch puddle + 90 degree turn + trees and fence = boo boo :(
didn't have my wipers on, going about 20 I go to turn the corner... what I thought was a 2 inch puddle was 8 inches (wow!) and suddenly I can't see anything...
turn into the corner a little too much and smack, right fender and fog light are introduced to a fence post (which was obliterated)
luckily the wood was very went and slippery so paint damage is almost non-existant, but the fender is tweaked beyond repair (headlight light survived unharmed thankfully)
the bumper may have to be replaced, even though there's no paint damage the fog light housing appears to have ripped off
goes in tomorrow, estimated at $1200 but if it needs a bumper that's probably another $600+
