My 2011 Audi A4 Quattro Black rear left door main B&O speaker is not producing sound.

I ran a diagnostic test using my Ross-Tech HEX-V2 Dual-K & CAN USB system, and it came up with the following Fault Code:
47-Sound System -- Status: Malfunction 0010

I believe I have an open loop circuit so I removed the associated door panel for a closer look and it appears to be in order behind the panel.

Anyone else had an open loop speaker leading to the rear door main speaker, if so where was the break?
