402 Mod Help!!! VAG crashed during change!

Shut down everything but VAG...no screen savers, nothing on the desktop, esp photos,
nothing running in the background...no antivirus or Itunes or anything open or running...and if it's an older laptop you're farkeled because I think this program needs a fair amount of both RAM and processing speed...others may chime in her but that's a good first step...put it back to original and start over if it will run.

Sorry it is an IT technical term, meaning "not working, not available, not functioning as designed,
not operating correctly, not BEING operated correctly, or just plain NOT"....I try not to use technical jargon too much around "others"
