Anyone running 245/40/18 tires? If so how far off is the speedometer?

Anyone running 245/40/18 tires? If so how far off is the speedometer?
I have some new goodyear F1 tires that I was going to put on my rims on my A6, but now they are going on the allroad.
May just trade them in for 245/45/18's if they are too far off.
Seems the 40's are 25.7" and the 45's are 26.7"
