Automatic height lowering adjustment??
Having the ar automatically lower to level 1 after a few minutes over 75 mph would be fine on the Autobahn; however, for most U.S. highway driving in my area it would be much better if the mph for the auto-lowering could be changed (e.g. 55 or 60 mph). Does anyone know if this is accessible via the VAGCOM?
Thanks.
Thanks.

Maybe once we can get out hand on the Bentley CD there will be procedures outline for this...also
I was wondering if the system uses some sort of electronic eye to 'know' what height the car is at. If we could move this "eye", then we could effectively lower(or raise) all the settings.
Not as good as just lowering the 1 position but better than nothing.
I know the air suspension on the Ford Expedition worked this way.
Again we need the Bentley!

Re: Automatic height lowering adjustment??
Hi guys,
Not sure about changing th eauto setting but you can keep it in manual. I prefer the car to be on the lowest setting at all times on the road and have set it to manual.
To do this, depress the lower suspension button until the lowest LED is lit. Then hold the lower suspension button for 10 seconds or so and a yellow light will illuminate next to "man".
Take care.
