CD problem.

CD problem.
Well, my daughter's A4 needed brakes so she borrowed the allroad while I did the brakes on her car.
When she brought it back she complained that she put one of her CD's in slot 2 and now it won't come out. She's right. Press the CD button and you get a message CD 2 Error 3. I can't even select CD 1 where my wife keeps her favorite CD.
No, I have not installed the RNSE yet due to health issues. I'm finally good again and hope to get it in before the snow flies.
Meanwhile, does anyone have a secret as to how to remove this disk without disassembling the unit?
