Changing to sport seats in 2013 Allroad B8.5

Changing to sport seats in 2013 Allroad B8.5
Hello!
I recently bought a 2013 Allroad with the standard seats, long story short, I love the car but the seats don't fit me worth a darn. (I'm 6'4" and most of that height is in my torso.) Serious lower back pain after an hour. It feels like the lumbar doesn't retract far enough and is always sticking too far out, however it's operating normally.
So my question(s) -
Can one swap a Sport seat directly into the car with no issues? Will all the harnesses work and fit? Would any B8.5 seat work here? (There's a set from an RS5 on eBay, for example)
Are there any particular things that would cause trouble? What would I look for?
