Default Coils for dummies
I am going to buy 2 coil packs for my ar cause of limited availability in where i am from and forum users who report numerous coil failures..
So to be sure i'm ordering the right part,. is #1 the correct part?
and is $32 apiece a fair price?

You are correct, No. is the COP. The price is right, if your going thru a dealer. I usually get mine for around $26 thru my mechanic account.

genuine audivw parts just gave me coils for $15 apiece.

Actually it genuineaudivwparts.com. I was amazed, I was quoted 23, then the guy sends me an email and says my model specific coil is 15 bucks (I did send my vin though).

The recall covers all Audis in all areas. If you are in a country other than the US, then go to your Audi website for that country.
