Default couple questions regarding Arnott air spring replacement

1)sorry, can't search right now. I remember seeing that people used a certain lube for a certain o-ring or so. I can't find it now, since the search is broken.

Does anybody have a link or remember what to put on?

2)How do I get the balljoints out of the spindle? Lucky me got the pinch bolt out, but now I can't get the BJs out.

3)Anything else somebody remembers to pay attention to while I am at it?

Default You need a ball-joint separator i believe.

Default I had the same trouble, I ended up prying open the pinch part of the...

..pinch bolt with a BF screwdriver while applying upwards pressure on the tie rods. For me this part was way harder than getting the pinch bolt out.

so that's basically a fork to pry it out, right? can I damage anything just prying it up?
