Check all non-CPO items
If your warranty continues with CPO (if you bought used), check those things that will not be covered: CV joint boots, interior rubberized surfaces, oil leaks (even small ones...)

find an Audi savy independant shop..
ask on the area forum for a suggestion.
Tell them you want a pre end of warranty once over. Some may charge you some may not in the interest of making a customer.
The will know what to check, areas to be sure of are cam seals, oil prone drip areas, if you have an automatic, check the torque converter and don't forget the suspension.

Cam adjuster seals leaking, tie rod ends frozen, air susp leaks, control arm bushings, transaxle
seal(s) leaking, rear diff seals leaking, vacuum leaks - lots of typical problems.
Pull a VAG-COM, see if any codes like temp sensor out of range that signal an impending failure, but don't clear the codes and take the print out to the dealer and say the light was on but went out, here's a code to find and fix.
You need more?
Free wiper blade refills, brake fluid flush (often overlooked), brakes themselves, key fob batteries and oil change/air filters all under Audi Assured ownership - you must insist or you'll get nothing.
Finally, get a new fuel filter from the Audi savvy independent mechanic as a preventitive measure.
