Default Front Camber "appears" to be too negative. Is this normal?

I positioned a level verically next to the wheels to check. With one end of the level on the ground and touching the sidewall of the tire, the bubble in the middle of the level, the top sidewall of the tire is about an inch away from the level. This is "visually" equal on both sides. I know there should be some negative camber, but this much? I think I checked the rears as well and they were similar, but I don't remember. Car is currently 402'd down 10mm in the front, and 8mm in the rear, and the camber "appears" the same in level 1 2 &3.
