Good choice-Zimmerman rotors-if so, where to buy?
I did a search and it looked as if this was a good route to go if swapping the rotors. The car has 42k on the clock and thinking up making the change. Who carries these and has decent pricing?
PS-I really need to get out of the office. I am in sales and stuck in the office the last 2 weeks of the year. So far I have bought the APR exhaust and K&N air filter, now debating on rotors. I need to get of the office. I am going stir crazy.

I got good pricing and free shipping from Taylor Automotive.
IIRC I ended up with Brembo rears and Zimmermann fronts.<ul><li><a href="http://www.taylorautomotive.com/content.wws?fname=ourrepairshop.html">Clicky</a></li></ul>

I got mine from my local Carquest auto partw store in Wheaton...
$68 each for the OE Zimmermans. Let me know if that's an option for you and I can have them order a set in for you too

Zimmerman C/D 4months warped again
But will give them another try, may have been my luck or pad residue. Can get the rotors for $115, so with labor under $300 to replace than cut and chance it.

Got mine from Alleuropeanautoparts.com for $78.00 each free shipping. I'll share this experience, they do not like the PBR ultimate ceramic pads! Squeal like a school bus! Jason at customer service sent a set of PAGID pads as a replacement (of course no charge)after calling them and they have been great. Much less dust, good stopping power and no, absolutely no noise! Went with Brembo solids on the rear and the PBR ceramics and have no issues.

Neither, plain old rotors. And they had been problem free when I took them off for the
Stoptechs. Tried drilled rotors on my old A6 and my braking performance actually deteriorated which makes sense since you've retuced the surface area for the pad to contact.
Ran slotted on my old 911 for the track and loved the way they worked, but twice broke rotors. They cracked in the slot. Again, track conditions, but it still happened.
I'm personally not a fan of slotting or drilling any rotor that wasn't designed for that purpose.
