Default I'm still getting clicking noise when turning..........

So far new control arms(warranty) and tie rods(my $$$'s). Dealer found a lot of play on the tie rods and said this was definetely the source of the noise. CV boots and joints have been checked by the dealer for any play, leaks or tears and none was found. The car does feel more solid now but the damn clicking noise is still there. Any ideas what this can be? I will be calling my SA at the dealer on Monday to schedule another appt.

Default did you take the SA for a ride?

Most will agree that the cause of a symptom that you get when you drive is not always found when the car is staionary.

IE..Tech:

"The guy says he heard a click..I don't lnow..I checked the joints..there is notheing."

Vrs:

"Mr. Customer...I hear the noise you are talking about..there is something there...now we will check it out."

Default I have a clicking noise when doing light right turns on speeds ...

..higher than 40. Sounds like a nail in the tire. I rotated the tires, the noise is still on the left side. The dealer said that the wheels bearings must be replaced.

Default Yes, I drove w/tech when I first dropped the car off on Weds and tech confirmed clicking noise..

and relayed the info to SA. My guess is that when they found the loose tie rod they just assumed that was the issue and stopped looking at other possible causes.
