need help with timing

my crank shaft moved while i was changing my timing belt... what do i do? just turn it back ?

There's a crank alignment hole/pin on this motor. It's at the back/driverside of the engine. First pull the plug out and shine a light in the hole. You'll want to have a buddy turn the crank by hand until you see the hole in the crank line up with the hole in the block. They make a locking pin/tool which goes in here when you're doing major engine work to prevent the crank from turning. Too late now but it's cheap insurance. Better to have turned your crank than to have turned any of the cam shafts.

Don't be too aggressive turning the crank. If there's resistance stop as the piston may be contacting a valve.
