Default new front rotors & pads, new axle, new tie rod end... still have vibration?

I had the indy do the work after the pinch bolt fiasco... Got it back last night...and had vibrations at speed and even as low as 20mph.

I noticed a couple things:
Rotors don't have a retainer screw to secure them? Stock rears didn't either, so I'm thinking this is normal.

They did use a little heat on the spindle, and the rear upper control arm rubber bushing is slightly dry-cracked as a result... still intact, but doesn't appear to have the solid rubber look/feel as it did days ago.

I tried rotating the wheels front to back, and test drove both ways... slight difference in vibration, but not much.

I run stock singles, BTW... I'm not sure they are well balanced, and that is probably my issue.

Is there anything else I need to worry about?

Default Road force balance the wheels/tires and have an alignment done since you replaced a tie rod

The stock wheels are kind of heavy and usually the cause of this (more unsprung weight with stock wheels).

You should do this asap, otherwise the new brakes will adapt this irregular movement and add to vibrations as well.

Default alignment was done, put I just took it to have the wheels balanced.

I know RF is the way to go, but I am taking a trip tonight, and needed it done ASAP... if the balancing doesn't seem to work, I'll take the a4 cab instead, but I've been without the allroad for a month... I miss her.

Default now they are balanced. Seems better, but found out one wheel is bent.

I still have what seems like brake pad and new rotor love making, but I'm assuming that wears off.

Sometimes it is the obvious, great job and glad you found the culprit ;-)

Default Please don't buy the twin spokes, they are ultra-heavy. Get something lighter to better the handling

The twin spokes may look nice but they really do nothing for handling improvement, you are better off with a nice set of 18" and some all season Falkens.....ask around here and you'll get most likely confirmation about that.

Default The pads are rubbing bad, causing vibration and shake during mild braking.

I've got zimmerman's and axxis pads...indy said my pads might be too hard...

is he crazy, or did they set them incorrently?

What kind of spacers? They'll need to be Hub-Centric for a tight fit.
