No rental/loaner car for overnight service. audi 2006 new policy ??

My CPO allroad needs to leave overnight for repair and my car's CV joint is *not* covered! $350 to replace one and even worse, I was told I have to pay for my rental car because Audi changed its policy starting Jan 2006. Now this is what you call "premium service" by a premium brand. very disappointed by AUDI. Now I wonder why I purchased a CPO. I will be an ex-Audi owner really soon.

I think it really depends on the dealership.

IIRC the joint is covered..not the boot. I'd call AoA on this.

As far as the loaner, its always up to the dealer.

ditto. ask svc manager, they may give a rental if you make noise

Joint should be covered

Just had my boot replaced - not under audi assured - but the joint would be if the boot is not destroyed. if the boot was destroyed then i could see them blaming the broken CV joint because the boot is not there.
