trigger on some last week but wanted to wait until your report;-)

Will let all know. I have done lots of research. According to German testing,

the noise is rated as 2.9 (lower is better) compared to 3.0 for Dunlop 3D and 2.9 for Nokian WR2. So, I am thinking the noise should be fine. We have the Dunlops on my wife's Mercedes and I thought the tires were very quiet for snows. FYI, ice traction is listed as the same as the Dunlops; dry handling is better for the Yokohamas; but snow traction is better for the Dunlops.
