Hi - I have a 2017 Allroad with which I'm very pleased, except that the wipers can't be lifted up to clean/scrape snow and ice from under them. Is there a trick I'm missing? I live in Boston and don't have a garage, so this is not an infrequent occurrence. Thank you very much!

When you turn off the car, hold the wiper stalk in the down position and they will swipe half way up the windshield so you can lift them.

Thanks very much for the response! I did not know about this feature. Just to confirm that I understand - I'd have to do this in anticipation of snow, right? So I would just get into the habit of parking like this in the winter.
