...left my sunroof open overnight in the garage, and on my way out this AM I was unable to close the sunroof. It seems to close almost all the way, then reverses itself. There don't seem to be any obstructions -

Any ideas?

try closing it with the crank (instructions in manual). often that will fix any alignment issues.
