Default UUC Guinea Pig for 04 Short Shifter

Called UUC for a SS for my 04. They are still in development about 2 weeks away from release, so I offered to be the the first install. Let the Mod's begin.

Default I thought the Tonoga was considered better? Or toyguy which is best if you can get one.

I have no personal experience. Why did you go with UUC?

toy guy is not available and Tonoga does not have an 04 model yet. I understand the UUC is very reputible, so I will give it a shot.

Where did you hear that? Correct me if i'm wrong, but i don't think there's a difference in shifters between '03 and '04.

Default UUC is definitely reputable....

I have a UUC EVO3 SSK in my BMW and absolutely love it. I don't have the specifics on the availability of Audi parts from UUC, but they are "think outside the box" guys who aren't afraid to find unusual solutions to problems.
