Our eTron being towed away because charging cable became stuck and would not disconnect from vehicle although an Audi service tech came to our home and tried to remove. We had to unplug the other side of the charging cable from the house outlet. Good thing we weren’t at a public charging station!
Turns out they had to go into the service tech mode on the computer to get it to release. When I asked if this could happen again, they said “Yup, and you will have to get towed each time.”
You're in the wrong forum, this is for the original e-tron and Q8 e-tron. Anyway, I'm thinking service mode could be accessed with VCDS or OBDeleven. Might be worth looking into.
