GOM typically recalibrates the more you drive it. If you have been getting low range, even with non-functioning cells that have now been replaced, I would think the system will not update until you drive it some more. That's conjecture on my part.

Guess O Meter might be confused. Real question is how many kWh can the battery take and deliver? And thus road miles, not GOM "miles". Good luck.

The dealer bought my e-tron, so no backsies

I figure if they have a real problem with the car, they will let me know by early next week.

I think you guys are correct, it's a mis-calibrated guess o' meter.

Finally got word that my car is fixed. Showing 222 miles of range at 98% charge on the app. Going to ask them to install the latest service campaign and get the extra 12 miles of range before I pick it up.

I've really missed my car, I'm very much looking forward to having it back.

Congrats. Hopefully that'll be the end of any issues.

Default Finally the parts from Germany

After months and months the parts from Germany are in, but now I am waiting on a shop tool for the install. I contacted Audi customer experience and they are supposed to give me some goodwill compensation whenever this gets fixed.

See attached. Not sure why the bar near the power meter is yellow. Dealer told me to bring it back when I can leave it for a week. Plus they say they have no loaners available. Sounds like from the posts that it could take longer.

Default What was the issue with your e-from?

hi Peachy,

I have a 2021 Prestige e-Tron. I just read through this chain and seems like we may have similar issues. What was the diagnosed issue by Audi and how did they fix?

thank you
sinclair

It was a failed battery. They replaced it and it's been fine since then. It did take quite a while to get the parts. All covered under warranty though.
