The e-tron already has a very relative low range compared to some other electric vehicles and now mine is getting worse. When I charge to 80% my e-tron says I have 88 miles of range. Based on driving data and the battery gauge dropping this does seem to be accurate. There are no errors or warning displayed. I first noticed this about 3 weeks ago. Based on the data in myAudi app I am averaging approximately ~2.3mi to 2.5mi per kwh. I should be getting way more range than this. I am going to call the dealer yet again tomorrow to see what they can do. Attached is some data from the app. Has anyone else experienced this before? I am concerned I have problems with my battery.

We saw in this forum these already couple of times. I reckon that you have battery or BMS problem. And yes, @WetEV asking the pertinent question.
You should be seeing around 175 miles @ 80%. That’s about what I get when driving low speed roads. If returning home on the interstate the range is a little lower.
My GOM routinely reports ~80 miles of available range at 80% SoC, but only after a few days of towing my RV around. But I reckon that's not your problem!
I agree with the others that this sounds like a BMS or cell lockout issue -- hopefully your dealership can resolve it. When my GOM gets back to normal I get 150-170 miles at 80% SoC.
I have had my etron now for ~3 months and have driven it over 4K miles. When I got it, the first 3 weeks would say a range of around 185 miles at 100% charge. I drive around 400 miles a week mainly highway @ 75mph. After about 3 weeks the range dropped to ~150 miles at 100% charge. If I charged to 80% range would be ~120 miles. Im averaging 2.3mil/kW. I was a bit worried at first thinking I have a possible bad cell but then I saw Car & Driver posted that their observations on the 2021 etron(with 222 mile range) was ~170 miles range driving mainly at 75mph. Now ~150 mile range on my 2019 seems more in line.
Bringing it on September 7th. At least my e-tron is consistent. It must be in the dealer every other month, almost like clockwork. Can’t wait to dump it.
