that does not sound normal to me at all, and in the second video it makes the sound just coasting without regen. I would take it in and show them the videos as well. how long has it been doing this? what year and how many miles on the car?

My car is 2019 E-tron and now is almost 40,000 miles. The problem has been a couple of months since early this year. Yes as you guys said, the sound is obvious when off throttle and rolling down the window, no matter it is regen or not.
The dealer said they were not able to detect when the problem is.

grab a shop Forman (chief mechanic) and take him for a test drive to demonstrate the noise. they also have what they call chassis ears which they can place on either motor/gearbox during the test drive to pinpoint which component is causing the noise...other option is drive it until it fails just make sure you have extended warranty.
