Removed the lighter assembly and checked if have power at the plug - nope. Anyone can help?

Re: here's how to fix

There are 2 fuses for cig lighter. one at fuse box left side of dash, the other one is under the hood in the relay box by w/s wipers. the fuse is near the back of the box- it's prob. that one
