explain this to me, please
"$385/student and $150/instructor"
does that mean i have to pay $385 if i want to drive, and an additional $150 if i want an instructor?
or is my total cost going to be $385 + ACNA membership + helmet fee?

the latter is correct. you pay one fee, either as a student or an instructor
in your case, the cost is $385
the $44/yr annual ACNA membership is required. regarding helmets, you can bring your own or rent.
