Default ET 35 for 255's or smaller
I would like to have the Tires be flush with the body. the wheels are 18X8.5 and i would like to run 255/35/18's would 35 Do it? any rubbing on the inner plastic liners?

i did search, but didnt get any good info on it.

35 is perfect. I run 17x8 ET35 wheels w/255/40/17s. no rubbing, looks perfect

Default 2nd, except i did have slight rubbing problems, but they were easily corrected
the rubbed the front mudflaps, remove them or trim them and they are fine. Also, in the rear, the edge of the tire would touch the edge of the trim that is directly above the rear bumper, inside the wheel well. I cut off a little notch on each side, and everything is fine.
