Got my cleaned injectors in, from my short drive id say the car is much better (longish)
Its always hard to tell after you work on them for a few hours and beat the **** out of your fingers by trying to remove/install the injectors (my joints are sore...)
But anyway, i cleaned the throttle body sides as well and after installing the injectors my car needed a 10 seconds crank and a 2nd try and fired right up. the idle seemed to be a lot better, was steady and my small stutter was not there. I took off and the RPM's seemed to jump up faster (like a new s4 which is one hope i had for this) and i didn't have the hang I've been getting at 2700 RPM or so. when i got back home my idle did jump a few times, its hard to say if it is still an issue or if some loose stuff from the TB was still being cleaned out.
To anyone thinking about doing this it isn't that much (90 bucks or so depending where you go) and if your injectors are original you will probably see a difference in pedal response and any start issues you may have.
Anyway thanks to all who helped me i really appreciate it, and i hope my symptoms are fixed but if not they are better and maybe a new fuel pump would be the next item to look at since this did help at least somewhat.

local shop named Wally's Injection, 15 bucks per injector but includes no parts
so i bought the washers (65 cents) and caps (1.00) so its really 16.65 per injector. they have a newer machine and ran them for an hour and the guy said they were a little weak at first but the spray pattern looked great on all 5 after.

Oh also my constant rev was also better, but can someone try reving their engine and...
go to like... 2700 RPM and tell me how easy it is to get there, meaning does your engine want to just keep going past that mark? mines easy to stop at like 2000 but really climbs fast now after that.
before it would climb, then fall back to 2500 then climb to 3000, etc.

Ya I really hope it did... If you do decide to have them cleaned...
once you take the 2 bolts off the fuel rail, and get the first injector out of the IM, the others pop out as well, so if i were to do it again, id be ready to plug all 5 holes up fast so the pintle caps which are brittle as hell don't brake off and fall in while you pull them outa the rail.
