Just Purchased 1995 UrS6 - A Few Questions For You All
Hello all,
I recently purchased a UrS6, and have a few questions regarding the car and the best places for information and parts. I have come from owning an e30 BMW for the previous 7 years, with a c4 body audi 100 prior to that. Compared to e30 this is certainly more of a bruiser, but is much more comfortable and refined. Compared to the 100, it is very nice to have the awd and grunt of the turbo versus the 2.8 v6.
The e30 community appears larger and better supported than the s6/s4, with tools like realoem and guides for common repairs posted on pelicanparts etc. Are there similar sites for this car that I have not found so far? I have a Bentley manual from the 100 that includes the s6, but always found instructions online to have handy shortcuts or additional information.
At full throttle at above 4k rpm I have encountered on several occasions what feels like fuel cut, loosing all power momentarily. I was told this may be due to a temp sensor on the head, has anyone had experience with this and know which sensor this may be?
I am interested in wiring in an aux jack in place of the cd changer in the stock head unit. I have been looking for a guide or wiring diagram but have been unable to find anything substantial.
Is there a good source of parts for these cars?
The classified sections I have come across so far don't have a great wealth of posts. I am also looking for a manifold, turbo and a chip in the future as the stock one has a bit of shaft play, any good suppliers out there for these kinds of upgrade parts?

Thank you for the link to the quattroworld forum. I have looked over there, just the forum is frustratingly antiquated and this was the forum I used to frequent with audi 100 problems. Are fraudulent UrS cars common? I am reasonably confident that this is real as it came with the window sticker from 1995 and the VINs match. Good to know fakes exist though.
