Need help with DTC's re:Engine cutout problem
Finally found some free time to pull the codes, but need some help making sense of it all
(please see original post for problem)
Blinking
2341 VAG1551/2 Fault Code Number 00537 Oxygen Sensor Control Limit exceeded, fuel pressure too low or too high, intake or exhaust leak, defective ignition system component, intake air leak after air mass sensor, O2 sensor is faulty Symptom: CO before catalyst is below 0.3% or greater than 1.0%, Extremely lean or overly rich exhaust, Spark Plug fouling,
2413 VAG1551/2 Fault Code Number 00561 Mixture Adjustment, Adaptation limit exceeded, Symptom: Rich mixture, increased fuel consumption
And from a generic Audi/VW scanner I used:
0231 Mixture Adaptation
0219 Lambda Control
0201 Engine Speed Sender-G28 (this popped up only when engine was off which make sense)
I have a 95 S6 Avant only upgrade is an IA Stage III+ ecu w/3bar transducer.
Thanks in advance,

Boost leak between turbo and O2 sensor. The MAF measured the airflow, the ECU computed the...
required fuel for the RPM and throttle position, temp, etc. and the O2 sensor said "WTF?? Its too F'n rich!!" You lost some air somewhere. Pressure test the hoses. It really is a classic after upgrading the software, you make more boost and some of the hoses split under boost, most likely the Michelin Man between the cross-over pipe and the intercooler. Very common. Replace hose with new OEM or Samco silicon rubber.

Yep. Always tough to diagnose properly when all the data isn't presented. Now you should....
check for splits in the cross over pipe, especially if its a plastic one. And naturally check the clamps on your hoses. It still sounds like a boost leak.
