I've never seen an S4 without one, but then again I may not have paid enough attn...
but the '92 S4 that was in the garage I just stripped clean had one. The two '93 S4's that belong to that same owner both have the bar too.

Well there is a sawzall at the garage and the car is pearl:-)
Want a strut brace setup? Are the brackets only bolted on or spot welded too? I seem to remember the brackets not coming off the strut tower when I removed the front end. ETKA lists the parts, but does not show them.

comes from observing the 92 spec but 93 registration ("PN") cars we have in the Vancouver BC area. March cars - typically no strut bar. April - probably, May, June for sure. Now, how this translates into the States, I don't know. For example, every 92 spec car I have seen here in Canada has the rear sunshade. I understand that this is not necessarily so in the States.
