Replaced the voltage regulator with good results.
Mind you this was on my 90q though. It's a 20v so it uses the same amperage alternator (110A) and the same voltage regulator as the Urs. I did some searching and read James Murray's procedure on it.
Thanks to 4Driver4 I found that it can be purchased from foreignautomotiveparts.com. The HUCO voltage regulator listed in the write up is 14.5V vs. the 14V stock unit. I found that HUCO increased the voltage to 14.6V on the one I got.
Part Numbers:
HUCO 13-0512 (14.5V)
HUCO 13-0514 (14.6V)
Results:
Battery Voltage readings at idle (everything off):
Before: 13.78V
After: 14.45V
The brushes on the old one were in tough shape. I notice that the interior and exterior lights are noticeably brighter as a result. If I was thinking I would have taken readings at the headlight harness plugs before and after. My lead acid Optima should thank me too.
Well worth the $18 it cost.<ul><li><a href="https://forums.audiworld.com/s4s6/msgs/176102.phtml">Voltage Regulator Procedure.</a></li></ul>

You used HUCO or Bosch? The one on FAP is Bosch...

Nope, I just took it out to see what shape the brushed were in.
Turns out they were really worn down, more than the ones in Jame's pictures.
I also want the upgrade;-)

I used the HUCO.
Sorry, I forgot to post that you need to put this number in the part number search:
068 903 803 D
They have two Bosch regs. Both are 14V though IIRC. The only differance between the two is one is for the 90A alternator and one is for the 110A.

I've got 12-12.5v on Idle...
Is it considering the bad Voltage Reg?
Last week I experienced the bad Battery.
I decided to replace it but seem it doesn't
help any for voltage level.

The gauge on the dash usually reads about .25-.5 volts below actual.
Where did you get that reading from?
Either way, that's not nearly high enough. It could definately be the regulator at fault. That or the alternator itself needs to be rebuilt/replaced.

Yep I think that's too low...
Anyway,After replaced the battery.the cranking sound is much more greater, quicker than my old battery.Usually, the vol. gauge was pointing at 12V-12.5V.At night, the needle stayed below 12V a bit.I've also tried to use DMM measured the voltage output from alternator once I've got the new battery.the DMM have shown 13.5-13.8V when I reved the engine to 2-3000 RPM.Is this normal?I'm thinking to get the new Voltage regulator. How hard the procedure is? I can't visit the s-car's site.
